

Pilates teaches awareness of breathing and alignment of the spine. The exercises focus on strengthening the core muscles to provide support for the spine and encourage good posture.
We offer Pilates in both group classes of no more than six participants and one-on-one tuition with an instructor. Group classes run in six-week blocks.
Beginners classes are suitable if you have never done Pilates before or have not done it for a while and would like a refresher.
If you have done Pilates before and have a good understanding of the breathing techniques then the Intermediate classes would be most suitable.
