Pilates and Core Strength Group Sessions

Do you feel stiff and old before your time?

Would you like to improve your posture, reduce aches & pains and walk taller?

Pilates sessions run weekly and with no more than 8 people, you’ll get:

  • Teaching on how to strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles
  • Techniques for whole body strengthening to avoid aches and pains
  • Coaching on improving your posture
  • A structured session to work your whole body and promote relaxation in your lunch break
  • Personalised coaching and exercises to suit your ability
  • A session led by a Pilates instructor and sports therapist with  over 10 years Pilates experience

Sessions run from 1:10-1:50pm every Friday with Sally.

Core & Stretch Group Core Strength Sessions

Do you know you should be training your core, but don’t know what to do, or don’t get round to doing it on your own?

Would you like to feel more flexible and less old and stiff?

Core & Stretch sessions run weekly and with no more than 8 people, you’ll get:

  • Instruction on how to locate and activate your core muscles
  • Coaching though a session to strengthen your back and core
  • Techniques you can apply to everyday life to help strengthen and protect your back
  • Advice and instruction on stretching and flexibility work to keep you moving freely and feel less stiff
  • Personalised coaching and exercises to suit your ability
  • A session led by a back specialist with  over 15 years experience in helping people with back pain

Sessions run from 7-8pm every Thursday with Andy.
