The consultation will include:
Receive a full assessment
Including the history of your pain and other injuries, a check of your postural positions and a look at any tenderness or tensions.
Refresh your relationship between your core and back
Make sure you're still locating and activating your core muscles correctly
Learn simple exercises to strengthen your core
Easy to do, functional exercises which you can do at home whilst performing everyday tasks. Including coaching on technique so you’re confident to do the exercises when you leave the studio
Receive an assessment of your flexibility
Plus stability and mobility of both your back and your body as a whole to identify and fix any related issues.
Get advice on long-term pain prevention
And how to get stronger, reduce your pain and move more freely and stop the pain coming back
The consultation lasts an hour and you’ll be working one-on-one with your therapist throughout. Consultations are available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm. We only have 10 spaces available this month, after which the consultation will return to the rate of £50.
