During your consultation, you will:
Easy to do, functional exercises which you can do at home whilst performing everyday tasks. Including coaching on technique so you’re confident to do the exercises when you leave the studio.
Plus stability and mobility of both your back and your body as a whole to identify and fix any related issues.
And how to get stronger, reduce your pain and move more freely and stop the pain coming back.
The consultation lasts an hour and you’ll be working one-on-one with your therapist throughout. Consultations are available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm.
