Got tight hamstrings? Try this hamstring stretch out! ⚡️ INSTRUCTIONS: Loop band around your foot, roll backwards carefully so you’re led on your back. Start with your bottom leg bent, straighten the leg to be raised and straighten your bottom leg, make sure you’re not rolling your pelvis!
